Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original security tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for store credit.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your gown and place it in the original packaging, ensuring the hang tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use toward your next glamorous find.
